If you have a 401k you can usually take a loan out against it.

You should have thought about this harder long before 17 days till DoomsDay. Selling something off or getting a loan of some sort is about all you have left at this point.

I've had my share of these things in my colored life, jail time can go quick but the usual Probation after is the real "this sux" part. Once they gain control of you in your day to day life, it becomes hard to live. You are at their mercy to jump through whatever hoops they think up even after sentencing. In getting Probation, you agree to whatever stipulations they can think up. Regardless of a "sentence", you agree to abide ny their recommendations/rules. They rely on you for their job, and they want to keep it, not help you. Good Luck Wake. Try to get the cash and get it over and done.

I know a real good criminal defense attorney (it is all he does) in your area. PM me if you want his contact info. He does charge a pretty penny, but I bet he will work out a payment plan.

guns: thanks but thats no way shape or form in the budget

John: trust me this has been on my mind the whole time..about a month back i had about 350 dollars saved up..then through a series of events that all got spent on an electricity bill and food for the table...it was either starve and have no electricity for a while and pay this fine..or live for the now and fix the problems at hand

there talking about community service and or a month extension, either of which would help me greatly

the truck stays..i worked to hard to get it and im not about to give it up now..besides after i get this fine taken care of the landlord wants to fix it up and use it in his fleet which is all fine by me as long as i dont have to hook a plow up to it ever again

i just wanted to let you guys know what was going down and if i disappear for a while this is why

selling my material possessions wouldnt bring enough money in time, however that might change if i get a month extension
