How would you spend 1300 on a tv? Can I keep it?

1: Issued my wife a Rewards card under my name and phone number even though I already had one, now we have several hundered points floating out there
2: Canceling a printer order because they couldn't verify my info even though I used all the same info that I used to order the TV in the first place. After an hour and a half on the phone they recreated the order and it mysteriously worked.
3: Tried to cancel the free portion of my order because it was on backorder, only to ship it three days later.
4: Sending me another TV and having one scheduled for delivery in two weeks.
All in one month.
