What is your chain of devices?

Is it:

FILTER > MAF > TB > */C > Stock Intake

? ... or do you have the TB AFTER the */C?

Filter > AFM/MAF > */C > Charge Pipes > BOV (recirculating for proper idle) > TB

The way your boost is acting doesn't make sense to me.

Makes a little sense to me.

I need a smaller pulley for one thing.

I don't understand why you lose such a high precentage of boost when it warms up.

It'* only 1-2psi.

I think it has something to do with cold start valving, i'm not totally sure. The only thing i know of that works differently when it'* cold is the idle control valve.

I'll figure it out more when i get a smaller pulley, this one isn't cutting it.

So the wastegate on the SC is always closed and you control boost with a BOV.

My earlier math was based solely on engine displacement ratio, your blower speed at 5k, and stock max Series I boost. It looked like this:

x psi = 10 * (3.8/2.5) * (4.75/7*5000/11000)

...I think, but now that I run it again, I get 4.69 psi. Guess I screwed it up earlier.
