this is usually the case for me to. but when I do use it driving I use speaker phone
and just leave it on the passenger seat. I cant stand holding it to my ear.

You feel like you are, but i bet you aren't 100%. That'* why everything thinks the cell phone is ok. They think they are.

I try to stay off of it, but that doesn't always work. Plus, okay reading that article then technically we shouldn't even drive with other people in the car since you be actively engaging in converstation with them too. :?

I rarely use my phone while I am driving. While people can argue that eating or talking to others in the car is just as bad of a distraction, a cell phone just adds to the problem.

I try not to use mine just because I mostly drive in rush hour now, and I really hate getting stuck behind one of the morons that isn't able to talk and drive at the same time. So, just to be sure I'm not one of them....
