Need help choosing a cell phone plan.

Need help choosing a cell phone plan.
I got it narrowed down to either a ATT or a T-MOBILE plan but I can't decide. SO here it goes.
ATT Plan:
$29.99
350 Anytime Mins
Unlimited Nights & Weekends
Free Nationwide Long Distance
2 yr Agreement
Free Phone
T-Mobile Plan:
$29.99
300 Anytime Mins
Unlimited Weekends
No Roaming
1 yr Agreement
Free Phone
And I would assume free long distance because it is a nationwide plan, but I'm not sure.
What would you guys do if you were in my shoes?
