I believe(from small things here and there in the pilot) that they have decided to ignore the made for TVs...

MR. FEENY?! NO WAY
I didn't know that either, but now that I think about it was definitely him. I used to watch the show all the time when I was a kid, and I LOVED it. This one was pretty bad, but I'm going to give it a chance. But I was under the impression that this was just a movie? They haven't said anything about making a new show. Maybe they want to see if it was a hit, because they definitely set the end up for more "episodes."

i watched the re-run this last sunday. you know, i kinda liked it.

not watching from a "bah advertising!" point of view, and not watching from a "there is no f-ing way this is going to be as good as the REAL knight rider" point of view, i liked it.

sure, some stuff was a bit "out there" (like how the mustang can absorb a high-speed t-boning without budging an inch), but most of the problems i might have found with it can be explained simply from their own premises.

not too shabby, if a little . . . over-reaching.

im not going to make an effort to watch it, but like the Sarah Conner Chronicles, i wont change the channel if its on.
