This is the problem with too much advertising. People get frustrated and block it.
Blocked ads don't pay. This has been discussed before.

When you have an ad blocker running, BC gets absolutely nothing. I'm not bitter; that'* just the way it works.

Wow guys, I cannot belive the overload of ads on this site now. It is not my site, and I have no control over that, however, it appears as if every tiny bit of free space on BC hasbeen turned into an ad.

To some extent, this makes me really sad and frustrated. After I got past "WTF" face, though, I grudgingly came to the conclusion that it'* the same people that make this community so great. The ads are obnoxious, but if that'* what it takes to help the site to get by...

You know, I've dealt with the google ads only because I wanted to help Teubok out. Now that he'* left, and these ads have appeared, adblock goes up... Sorry guys, I'll contribute to BC in other ways that benefit someone other than PTD
