Default replace PCM

i have a 98 gmc sonoma i hape some one can help me here i replace the PCM since i wasnt getting 5 volts to my tps sensor from the original pcm and i was getting a p0122 code wich is low voltage and i did all the test thats how found out i wasnt getting 5 volts to it, replace it with a used one and did the relearning pass key thing and the truck staeter but i have the same problem i am still getting the code and i still not getting 5 volts from the pcm could this be other problem then the pcm?
