Default What is this '02 SSEi worth?

http://quadcities.craigslist.org/car/303107003.html

My parents are looking for a good 2000+ SSEi, and they found this one for sale about 30 minutes north of their town. I'm not sure on the condition of the car as they haven't gone to look at it yet, but doesn't $13,800 sound a little steep for an '02 with 54k miles? Just looking for opinions.

WAY too IMO. I just saw a 04 GXP w/ 60k for 16k about a month ago. Looks nice, but I would definitly try and talk them down.

13,575 is the KBB. I wouldn't give a penny over $11,500.

I just bought mine almost two months ago for 13131 but it only had 17K miles on it, looks like it'* the same color as that one.

I'm wondering if the guy would bite if they offered him $10,000 cash, straight up. I think $11-12k should be their limit. Thanks for the opinions!
