Great! I'm sure Andrew and Jason got theirs as well considering you're all in MN.

After a week of driving (Monday I had hit 90mph+ in traffic...long story), all of the magnets are exactly where I put them. EVEN the teeny tiny ones I bought earlier which are more than 5 times weaker than the 1" magnets. I was skeptical that the small ones would stay put, but all 5 of them are still there.

That tells me the 1" ones we all have now are not going anywhere - unless you happen to drive over a super-large neodymium magnet in the road.

I placed all of them on my trans pan. None have moved yet, and I've done about 150 miles with them "installed."

Will having all of them on the pan do any damage to the trans? There must be 15 of them in total.

I can't wait for the first one of you guys to pull your pan. I was shocked when I checked mine after about 3 or 4 months with them installed.

How many do you have on your pan? All of them?

Maybe I'm overly concerned that I shouldn't have put all of them on the pan. :?

Mark, I have 3 of the 1" magnets on the trans pan. I would have put 5 on but I broke two of them making videos.

I put 5 small ones on the oil pan. Sounds like you put 10 of the small ones on in addition to the big ones? I think I sent you around 17 or 18 of the small ones.

I wouldn't be concerned. I can't see how they'd hurt anything. The only thing inside the pan area is the filter. No moving parts or anything. :?
