Yeah, the tranny is going, its slipping in 1st, and when you floor it, its got no guts anymore. And when you step on it, it just rev'* up to 5000. And matt has it in top running shape, so we know that its got to be the tranny, 1st gear. And when we checked the tranny fluid, the dip stick was steaming, but not burnt yet, and that was on a quick 5 minute test drive.

Hey what gives, i just took the bonneville out for a quick run.....Its like 90% better, back to how it was originally...fine.. Cold and Hot...

this is prolly one of them situations where it acts up once, runs fine <or close to> for a while, then out of no where, just takes a dump in the worst possible spot. proceed with caution, if you wish to proceed.
