I apologise if this was covered on this thred before (i quickly scanned through the posts) BRAKE PULSATION: I had a 99 firebird that I couldn't get the pulsation out of. Had light weight parformance rotors that were prone to heat warp. I had machined them 3 times in a 6 month period; still would warp about 1,000 miles later. I ended up buying a cheap set of cast iron replacement rotors. Although heavier than the factory rotors, beign cast iron they took a hell of a beating and never warped. They were cheap, too. About $80. for both. Hope this helps.
