Thats a possibility...I'll have to look into that.

This in flat aluminum may work well, I don't think you will decrease the resistance in the airflow much with it though, IMO you made it look nice, you did a bit more than I did with mine, I just removed all of the carbon, and polished the butterfly valve, as pretty as it is now I'd just roll with it.
