After I put the pulley on and looked at it, the pulley is smaller than the nose of the supercharger.. its ridiculous. It sounds completely different now too.. sounds like a ported blower. I took it out after work tonight and raced my buddies taurus SHO who I used to be dead even with... now its 3 cars

Not that I can tell.. I can feel some KR now and then though, sometimes it pulls like a raped ape, and others its has slight jumps up and down in power. I need a Tech 1 to see how much I'm actually getting. I started another thread about new plugs to get to hopefully take care of it a little. My 2.1 will just be around for the winter months though. Without an intercooler, I'll be getting walked by Fiesta'* in the 90* weather.

A friend of mine has an aftermarket boost gauge we're going to hook up for a day and see what kind of pressures I'm actually getting. Right now I can peg the boost gauge before it even downshifts.

Sometimes that jumping up and down (at low speeds) is loss of traction, and the traction control taking command of the throttle. Chances are wit a 2.1 its KR though! I gotta get me one, along with new bearings, and coupler!

Anyway, very nice addition, and DAMN that sucker is small!!!

I went with a shorter belt, but you'd be better off with a larger idler from zzp. There is another company that makes idlers, but I can't think of the name. The stress from the shorter belt just ate my a/c compressor pulley :(

Traction control has no command of the engine in a 92-95 Bonneville. That started in 96. Our TC is only applied braking.
