302 pwnz LT1 any day...
That depends. Mod vs. mod yes. Stock vs. stock no. Even a manual 5.0 Stangs falls flat on its face in third gear. 225hp @4000 and 300 ft/lbs@ 3200 makes for a good torquey motor but the LT1s 260hp makes much better topend.
