Let me get this straight......he was driving 30 in a 15? His fault. 15mph is set for that alley because you can't see oncoming traffic in time if it were going faster than that.

Open and shut case if you ask me. Twice the posted limit.

I've heard that newer cars record information when the airbags deploy. There is a good chance that the exact speed at impact is stored in his car'* computer. Maybe you could talk to whoever does accident investigations at the police department & see if the Mazda records this info.

I guess either way the guy was not paying attention to the road. Be happy it was not your bonneville you just got.

I am glad that you are okay, you are way more important than the car , and as someone said at least it was not the Bonneville.

that sucks so bad, im glad u are ok and i hope that the lawyer can help u.

A note from SSE14U24ME:

If anyone is going to be selling a car, DO NOT Take the insurance off cause odds are someone is going to want to test drive it and if they hit something in it with no insurance, u will be liable until money changes hands and the title is singed and always include a bill of sale.

Back on Topic

Again man, so glad u are ok and that it wasnt the bonnie, i was gonna through the "CURSE' card into the deck but i see there is no need for it, or wait, u drive a white bonnie, could that be the case? j/k
