If he was drunk, it is 100% his fault.

Glad it wasn't your Bonne. Two in one weekend is too much to take.

Hope you can still make it to WCBM06 next month.

I was hit with $178 for failing to yeild to oncoming traffic and unattentive driving.

It turns out he was NOT drunk. he was just driving at least 45mph in a 15MPH zone.

I thought he was drunk becuase he got out of the car and stubmled to the ground but I guess it was the airbag gas or whatever.

they gave him a sobriety test and he passed so..we wil never know

Glad you're o.k. How fast was he going when he hit you? Cause that is minimal damage for 45mph.

Glad you didnt get hurt....

That was not a 45 mph hit trust me. You can play the blame game and say he was goung 45 but seriously you would not even have a fender if that was the case. Accidents happen just be happy nobody got hurt...and nobodys getting sued

Amen your ok and it wasn't the Bonne.
But I hope the other guy gets hammered with a ticket for speeding. I always say if your going to speed keep it outta residental areas, theres no reason to go blowing past peoples house during the day. (or anytime for that matter)

I think maybe he meant that the guy was going at least 45 when he slammed on his brakes, but hit him at about 10.
