Does the air ride compressor under the vehicle also control the air-hose pump in the trunk? What does the device in the back of the trunk behind the back seat do in relation to the air ride or air-hose? I'm asking because I want to troubleshoot my rear air-ride system.

most times its a leak, you can take little arm loose from the rear control arm and work the compressor, and see if its leaking somewhere

I'll try that. Does the device in the trunk do anything for air-ride?

i cant remember if the tire inflater has its own compressor, its a guess but i think it might come off the cars air ride tubes, but when i was checking stuff i found my problem immidiately, and seems probably very common the strut boot was dry rotted and leaking a ton of air.

The compressor that provides air for the levelling system is the same compressor that provides air for the outlet in the trunk.
