Are you talking about the ctual pump itself? That'* under the hood on the driver side.

the piece in the back...where it controls how much air ...the compressor works fine...i can hear it when i shut the car off..its just it doesnt work when i put things in the back

You mean the switch? The part where the hose plugs into?
Is the hose good? Where it'* depressing the needle in the valve?
