Default Best software for tracking car work?

Tried googling around and the only software I could find that fit my needs was Automotive Wolf but when I went to add my car they have Aztec and Bonneville listed together (umm they're entirely different vehicles!!!) so not sure if my OCD will handle little bugs like that well.

What I'm looking for is software with a good amount of customization options (for configuring the vehicle, select a photo to represent it, so on and so forth) that allows you to add maintenance entries and "addition" entries (for modifications and added parts). I would like for it to be able to total up the different categories and tell me how much I've put into the car. I don't need anything that tells me to do X maintenance at X amount of miles, I know how to take care of my car. All I'm looking for a good log book essentially.

Contemplating just firing up Visual Studio and coding one, but that'* a lot of work if there'* already something good out there. Anybody out there using something of the such?

Checked out their web-site, not overly impressed. You might consider searching for a fleet management software.

Try looking at smartphone apps. Many sync to a web page giving a lot of options.

A decent I-Phone app is Car Minder Plus.

I use fuelly for that kind of stuff, but it doesn't seem like it would suit your needs. I just throw a note in with any maintenance.

Oh I think I forgot to mention I only want local programs. I hate my records being stored solely online. Sorry if I seem picky, its just that I am lol. Guess more or less I was hoping for a miracle of someone already using what I described and wanted. Thank you everyone who has recommended something so far, just none of it fits me yet.
