I'll take a SLE with a V8. I'd also keep the options to a minimum except for the HUD.

the GXP has alot of other stuff, like the 18" wheels, red calipers, bigger brakes, corsa exhaust. Its a styling as much as it is the engine.

I drove the GXP, it was ok, but I think I will wait until they supercharge it. It just needs more power. Maybe they will convert it to Premium gas next model and increase the HP.

the stupid part is the GXP will only get Cadallac'* sloppy seconds when it comes to top of the line stuff. GM is too complicated for me.

A couple of things, guys...you should go on the Pontiac site and try to "build" a GXP. It does NOT come with an available 3800, and in the options, it only lists 17" wheels. I think a lot has changed since the pre-production car shows. The only Bonneville that had a choice of engines (when I went online) was the SLE. That'* not to say that GM won't change things next week

But in any event, they are offering something for everyone.

I'd like to point out the fact that the 275 horse motor has a better power curve then the 300 horse motor. Go to the GXP section of this site.

With worse gearing, and lower peak HP, the 275 HP motor is still faster.
