Was just fiddling with it getting it to run, and noticed that the 2 wire connector unjumpered will allow it to run with no light.

Everything is put back together. How the hell do you guys deal with that #2 O2 sensor?

what do you mean deal with it? Did you use the 97 wiring harness? And 97 Exhaust? if so, there should be provisions for it.

What all did you keep on the 95 motor?

When pulling the engine, I found it easier to just disconnect the 2 PCM connectors and the firewall harness connector and drape everything over the engine when pulling out. Only thing I could not disconnect was the rear O2 sensor that runs from the rear harness to down underneath the body and into a channel. I seen the little access cover for the connector, but seen no way of being able to push the wire and loom back through the channel upon reassembly. So I popped the rivets on one side and was able to pull the wire out that way.

Only things I swapped over were the knock sensors, TB and sensors, EGR valve, phooey, cant remember. Oil level sensor I did not switch over yet. CAM, and CRANK sensor stayed put and still do not have a check engine light.

The check oil light does come on briefly, but goes away. I have been monitoring oil level daily just to make sure I'm not losing any. Miss anything else?
