Bill...It'* a good thing that my eyes are so bad that I couldn't see this right. Otherwise I would have seen it as a slam against elders.

So, I'm thinking about this engine. My engine has the ported intake and heads. The new one is bone stock. Should I transfer over my modded stuff or keep all the new stuff?

Uh..do you mean transfer your good motor into the car or leave the about to seize up motor in there?

If that'* the question, excuse me for thinking it'* an easy answer

Sorry, should have been more descriptive.

Transfer all the 97 accessories to my 95 shortblock, or just transfer the hole effen engine over?
Remember, all my gaskets are about 3 years old from the last time I spun a bearing.

I look at it in two terms Mike. Nikon owns the lens/mechanical angle, but Canon rules the processor angle. Maybe they should talk. Make a Ninon, or Cakon. When you get into the price realm of each'* top shelf, it becomes a very clouded issue. I wouldn't balk at owning either. Your kinda arguing over whether you'd keep a Ferrari or Lamborghini in your garage.

yeah Mike..I wouldn't take on any added expense to demod a currently good working motor.

Accessory wise there'* nothing really differnt except maybe the output of the alterator. Take the easy way out and get the best of all things.
