$3597.06 to Fix my Bumper? (UPDATE - Bottom of Page 3)
That car is not a write off. it can be fixed using used parts and they would/could/should fix the rear quarters. i think looking at a new car just because of this is a little premature (unless you were thinking about it prior)
Im glad your ok. thank good for heaf rest!

so yeah.....not cheap to fix a car these days, considering the lack of damage.
They want to replace 3 tail lights for delam (dealer pointed out that the delamination on my tail lights was caused by the accident, it was partially on one but not 3 of them lol).
$2367 is what it looks like the dealer will fix it for.
The insurance guy today offered me $2500 to cover the car, my hospital bill and the pain and suffering, its time to talk I think.

That price includes a supercharger oil change.
That sh** is toxic lol.
So should I try to pursue pain and suffering? whats that worth? My back is still hurtin pretty bad 5 days later.
My hospital bills are under $500 so far including the cost of perscriptions.
Should I go in asking for $4000 then argue down to $3000 and take the money and run (or pay my other medical bills off lol)...or what.
Do they know you've seen a doc? Save your bills. They'll come back with a higher offer if you refused that one.
Wait and see. If you don't hear anything in 2 weeks, call them back and offer them your estimates and medical bills.
Most insurance companies will keep the car seperate from you.
