Default $3597.06 to Fix my Bumper? (UPDATE - Bottom of Page 3)

On my way from physical therapy.

I was just rear ended at 35-50MPH ish. the other driver of neon was in critial condition with spinal injuries they said, possibly paralized etc, They said she was not wearing a seat belt when the airbags went off.....I walked away, actually drove home just a few minutes ago.

Neon = totaled, airbags deployed

My car = some damage, needs a new trunk lid, muffler, tips, bumper....

Overall my car held up amazingly well.

The quarter panels are fine, we are talking just about perfect, mabey a slight cringle near the gas fill area on each side but it just looks like a door ding.

The tail lights appear to be ok.

Either way, wear a seat belt. it saved my life.

Her tickets consisted of a Wreckless Driving and Following too closely. I was at a standing stop at a stop light on blue lakes and falls ave.....apparently she may have suffered a medical condition that made her go WOT into me, since there was no indication of her attempting to slow down.

But I'm stoked about it, she had insurance and that means I get a large paycheck to help pay for my medical bills

I need to go to the hosptial right now to check my back, I pulled some muscles and have a little whiplash but other than that I'm safe and sound.

DUDE! OMG, I'm so glad you're ok! You've had a horrible year, and this isn't the greatest way to end it. I'm glad you're getting a settlement out of it, and you're lucky your leg wasn't further injured. Hope you get that beauty up and running again soon . Skype me if ya want to

Dude, buy a good easy chair, find a grocery delivery service, and DO NOT MOVE. I officially pronounce you unfit to go outside.
Glad you're still relatively OK. Make sure you check your bumper mounts.

Yep,definately sounds like it'* time for a good lawyer

Like Brian said "You are officially declred unfit to go outside"

Good to hear you didn't get seriously injured and the Bonne will live another day. Most definately make her insurance pay for the repairs

Did it hurt? When I got rear ended lightly (if you would even call it a rearend), it hurt a little, and it was under 25 mph, so I can't even imagine a 50 mph rearend.

Maybe consider repainting it silver, the bestest color in the world?
