Water / Methanol Injection
Here is some real world data.
My dynamic compression is 13.94:1
Ambient air temp was 50*F
Runs were in 3rd gear from ~2000rpm to ~ 6000rpm
50/50 water/ methanol at 265ml/min static flow
Injected post rotor ~6" before IAT sensor
The change in IAT does not look very impressive but may not show the actual effect due to the short distance between nozzle and sensor. The change in KR is very significant.

Progress update on wiring.

Have to run 4 wires thru the firewall into the passenger compartment. I hate fishing for wires with coat hooks.

It will be neater as soon as I organize the mess of wires.

Fabbed up a stainless switch plate for the on/off control, system on green light and reservoir low level red light. It'* actually quite a simple system. Not near as complicated as Greyhare'*. I hope it works as well.

The switch pod will go exactly as shown in the pic. It might look tacked on but I don't want to mount it permanently and it'* easy to remove if I have to. It simply wedges between the dash and the lower panel so it holds itself in place. I might use a little two sided tape too.
The wiring is almost complete now.
Just have to connect the interior light grounds and power connections.
The replacement reservoir arrived today from Snow Performance. Good service.
Now if the rain doesn't stop soon, I won't need the water injection.....there'* enough moisture in the air.

Sunny dry day today and took the Bullet out for a warm up spin.
Driving around in cool weather with 94 Octane and a 3.0" pulley sure is fun.
Engine temp never got over 160 F.
No leaks. No faults. No SES codes.
No need yet to even turn on the injection system. Still have to tune it.

I'm going to keep this thread active until all the results have been concluded.
The weather has finally warmed up enough to start doing some tuning.
The Snow system has a 5 position dip switch MAFT controller that varies the rate of flow increase based on MAF sensor output.
The pump should not come on below 3000 rpm and ramp up in flowrate to about 5500 rpm where max pressure is delivered. The pressure varies between 75 to 150 psi.
I have to adjust it so it doesn't bog due to combustion quench. So far I have not experienced any bogging.
Now I just have to figure out how to get more timing advance to take advantage of the injection cooling effect.
The reservoir holds about 2 litres of 50/50 mix but it doesn't take long at WOT to drain it.......about 6 minutes at full flow of 375 ml/min, so it will only be activated intermittently when I really need it....sort of like Nitrous but not as much power.

I know you're wondering right now how to add timing, but on the other side of the spectum:
If you ever go to an aftermarket ICM like the MSD DIS-4, snow performance sells an add on module that connects to the aux port on the MSD ICM for some extra protection.. it'll kill timing if you run out of juice.

I have a light on the dash that lights up red when the reservoir level is down to 1/4" which gives me enough time to shut it down.
I will be able to benefit by going to a smaller pulley and increasing the boost.
Similar to an intercooler but without the heat exchanger restriction.
I am running now all the time with the 3.1" pulley that I ran at Woodburn drags last summer. It'* strong and I am not getting any KR.
I plan with the injection system runninig to be able to go smaller this year for the 1/4 mile.
