Paint store.
Water removes more heat than methanol. Watch your mix.
Your gauge can be put in one of the door vents. Riv'* are round.

Pillar pod. Leave one door vent. I forgot you did that.

I can take a look at my Boss'* riv, but I think you're a prime candidate for a DIY pillar pod.

I have backed up in pulley size to a larger 3.1" with all this hot weather.

I didn't want to permanently mount my fuel or injection mechanical gauges inside the passenger cabin, for safety reasons.
For tuning only, I tape it to the window and when finished, it goes back under the hood.
