Have the small pulley on now and you wouldn't believe the difference.
Holy Sheet
I can spin both front tires at will at any speed up to 60 mph.
The torque steer is not too bad with the Lsd but you know it'* there.
This car is fast.

Need more Methanol...more Methanol....more Methanol....

My scans running a 30% methanol mix are VERY encouraging. And the scans are with 92 pump gas.

I too, may be looking at a smaller pulley for the track. But that'* dependent on hotter weather scans to be sure.

How much 50/50 does your reservoir hold?

After short 5 minute spirited drive with a couple of 6000 rpm blasts my level went down about 1/6 of its 2 litre capacity and there was no stumbling.

Did you say that the PCM needs about 160 km (100 mi) to "learn" the new pulley for the fuel table adjustment?
Interesting.
I used a little over 1 gallon in 4 20min. sessions on the road course at PIR.
By your description you would have used 2l. Granted my track time was 90% WOT, 5000 to 6500 rpm.

My nozzle is rated ~250cc/min static flow. My flow control is by injector duty cycle and maxes out ~85%. Injection triggers at 4psi boost.

In daily driving I use about 1 gallon of water for ~35 gallons of gas. (3 fill ups)

I have turned my injection pressure down about 40 psi so it varies between 90 - 110 psi max. It comes on at its lowest pressure early just as it starts to make boost at about 2500 rpm and then ramps up to max pressure. I have a 375 ml/min flow at 150 psi nozzle.
It still uses up the 2 L tank in about 10 min of playing.
I will have to be selective about using this system.
Now I see the down side of this technology. At least an air to water intercooler can be used longer without stopping for a refill.

Maybe next year I'll supplement it with a little bit of

Paul, you won't have any KR up to about 5psi of boost. That'* when you really need it. For every day driving, set it to come on at 5psi. Double the size of your tank. That should last you 2 tanks of gas.

At the track, drop the pressure switch to 3psi.

Greyhare - What water pressure does your Meth injection system inject at. :?:

The system is pre-pressurized up to the high speed valve at ~8bar. The pump dead heads at ~10bar.

Remember that he has a fixed pressure, and his nozzle delivers on a duty cycle based on demand.

FYI, my 2" pulley is enroute.

Hmm 8 bar = 118 psi and 10 bar = 147 psi.

Your pump must be very similar to my Snow unit in pressure and volume.
I have mine turned down from its max pressure of 10 bar or 147 psi to about 100 psi. It varies pressure based on air flow so it first comes on at about 60 psi over a range of 5 - 11 psi boost.
If I could just turn up the advance, I could increase the pressure for even more power.

Testing continues.
Check out my new injection pressure gauge mount.
