I did a test from 70psi to 15psi. It started MAYBE affecting atomization down about 20-25psi. I actually have a vid of the nozzle running somewhere.

Well, the new throttle body (ported and modified for injection) is ready so I can start re-testing my system for the new injection location and install the TB on the car.

I'm making a couple minor changes to my tank first, and relocating it to the trunk. It won't even be seen for Tech at the track. I should have it all back together before Monday. I'll post a couple short vids of the nozzle in action before the TB install, and another of my tank venting. It'* quite a sight when I dump the pressure and water at 70psi. John played with it a bit a couple years ago. I have a pic somewhere.

So what would be the issue during the tech inspection :?:

I will be playing with mine this weekend to find the sweet spot for the pressure setting. Will have to pop on my small pulley.

I'm not talking about tech inspection at Woodburn.

So what track Tech inspectino were you refering to?

Impressive video. That looks like the same spray pattern and flow mine gives at 140 psi.
The pump pressure can be turned down....a 2mm allen wrench, for every turn clockwise it will reduce pressure by 15-20 psi.
Only problem is that I can't see the pressure when it comes on because the gauge is under the hood so it will have to be seat of the pants trial and error.

Bonneville Tech. They're very rigid and by the book. Every loose item in the car (including tanks) must be bolted or strapped down. I'd rather do that in the trunk than the front passenger footwell.

That video above doesn't do it justice. The recoil from the tank dump has knocked me over backwards in the past. And the stream of water from the open tube goes over 25 feet.

My spray pattern doesn't change from 70psi down to 30, and I'll only 'use' about 5-10psi per track pass. I recharge from the ELC pump. That'* the whole reason I chose the air-delivery method. It keeps my system very simple.

Absolutely. In fact, I've dropped nozzle sizes since last year due to too much flow.

I was quenching. Except at very high RPM'*.
