that price is WAY too cheap for the LIM gaskets....its a 4-5 hour dealer job usually.

On an series one, it'* actually a little faster IMO to make the swap out.

If they quoted you $170 for the labor and gaskets, then take it.

from you'r two'* reaction I take it thats a good price? That is just for labor, buying the LIM gasket seperate along with the o-rings, Canadian Superchatgers supplies the oil and gaskets needed to the swap..although I'm only getting 75 for a core deposit because the nose cone is f***ed as you can probably tell from the pictures

EDIT 2/20: Ordered my *.C. yesterday should have in a few days, had them do the 3day ship but told me he was going to try to swing 2day for the same price.

Ok got my rebuilt *.C. is there anything I should look out for? How difficult is the LIM gasket go change, estimated time, with 2 (sober) people working on it. What tools do I need to take off the fuel rail? Should pretty much have all the other tools if there isn't any specialty ones.

Tool wise, you will need

8mm soccket
10mm socket
13mm socket
15mm socket
Fingers
Ratchet
extension for ratchet.
Also wrenches of the above sockets.

Search and learn from others that have done it. Find the double nut trick, as well as reading up on the infamous exhaust shield stud that holds the TB bracket on.
