Default Radio and ECC GONE!

what happen? someone please help, i was just driving along and all of a sudden my radio and ECC stops working, the power to both of them was just lost and i haven't been able to get the power back. i've checked the fuses under the driver side, the passenger side and maxifuse centre. is there a fuse i'm missing, i checked the radio fuse and everything that had to do with electrical peripherals but further guidance would be helpful.

You mention checking the fuse.

Pull the fuse and look for discoloration from heat or corrosion. Also use a multimeter to test at the fuse for power. If power exists there check at the radio.

Did you change, mod or add anything lately? Any work done on the car that could have pinched a wire?

i looked at the fuse, it has discolouration but so do all the other fuses, i'll check the with the multimeter, what should the meter read? and no, no work done recently. and is there a fuse for the ECC because i couldn't find one. is it the same fuse for the radio?
