Default passenger head light went out

i was reading up on this thread and I'm glad that you guys seem really knowledgeable. I am new here at this forum, I have a 2000 SLE.
my problem is not quite like the same, but its strange. My passenger head light went out(driver side is fine), and i automatically thought that it was the bulb so i changed both of them. however, the passenger side head light still did not work so i thought it was the fuse, checked, its fine. checked the right head light relay( #28 ), still fine. does that mean that the actual switch has gone bad? or it could be the corrosion as well?

Your reply would be appreciated!!!!

thanks

I moved this to a new thread to help get more help

First, check the socket for corrosion. If that looks clean then test the switch. Use a multi meter to make sure it'* working.

Dan, thanks i will check the socket tomorrow. I was so confused because the driver side works perfectly, and if the switch is bad both of them wouldn't work right? anyway, im going to check that out and repost..

Thank alot
