Default My instrument panel bulb went out...help

Yesterday when coming home, I turned on the switch to only turn on the instrument panel lights and they did not come on. Luckily there was still light out so I had no problem getting home. So my only option now for driving at night is driving with all interior lights on. I checked to see if I blown a fuse and fuse '16' was ok, which means it'* the bulb.

I need the help of the BC mechanics . What tools will I need to access the instrument panel? The Chilton manual does show how to change that bulb but it'* vague with the tools needed. Also, on a related note, the bulb for the climate controls went out two, but it is less problem as this. Pics of the tools would be highly appreciated since I'm not a tool expert. Plus what bulb number do I need? Thanks in advance guys

Also, I wasn't sure if this topic belonged here or in electrical, a mod can move it if necessary

You know. I'm trying to remember now....I know I pulled a fuse that did that when it wasn't supposed to. Check ALL your fuses. Its one that its not supposed to be. I will look in the FSM if I can't think of it. Start swapping all of the same amp fuses between sockets until it comes on. Not that many on an LE, you'll find it pretty quick.

This should not be a bulb. There are too many in the cluster to all burn out at once.
