Default Dashboard lights are going on and off.

Some of my dashboard lights are going off then after a while they come back on. This includes the radio and compass display too. The problem seems to move around to different parts of the dash. They never all go off at the same time. Anybody have any ideas?

Sounds like some sort of electrical issue.
