Default Instrument cluster bulb

Are the bulbs behind the instrument panel the standard "twist and lock" type?

Yeah that helps a llot more.
So is there anyway to change the color of the lights?
Or has anybody else done it with success?
Mainly I just want to change the amber colored lights, the rest of it is fine.
