Default Horn doesn't work

My 93 bonnevilles horn wont work, thus the car alarm wont work. I changed the fuse and it still wont work. I just bought the car used. Any help???

if you were to press the horn button, can you hear the horn relay clicking?

hey i have the same problem (98 ssei) i hear the relay clicking when i have the hood up, but i get no beeping... whats the deal?

check for power at the horn when the button is pressed. There are two horns..one behind the PCM (98 SSEi) and one behind the battery.

Although with your current ground issues...I'd say clean that up first and see if the horns work after.

i can hear the clicking coming from horn next to the battery, i will try to get the grounds all cleaned up, and then see if stuff starts workin again... thanks

This might help for the guy with the 1993 Bonneville I had the same problem with my horn come to find out it was the horn relay. Hope this helps some
