Default Help with 9-way switch removal from 89 SSE

Dose anybody out there know how to remove the 9 way seat switch from the center console for a 1989 Bonneville SSE? I know there is a trick to it but I can't figure it out and I sure don't want to crack it. Thanks for any tips! Chuck (chuckdykstra@charter.net)

I believe there is a clip that needs to be pressed in at the front and rear. The switch I have here has metal clips that should go in when you pry it up. But I can't say for certain on your year.

Thanks, Dan. I'm assuming that you are referring to either your 97 Bonneville'* switch or something from a newer model? I'm sure if I "pry" up any harder, it will break completely. There MUST be a release somewhere, but darned if I can figure it out - either from the top or feeling underneath.
