Hotwired, can you start your own topic instead of hijacking this one? Your fix/problem may be very different.

Be as specific as possible about previous and current symptoms.

I sent the word out to my buddies down at Delphi to see if failure analysis dept has anything on that cluster design. It seems rip for some documentation. Will keep you posted.
