It'* 90+ degrees and humid every day and the A/C in my 98 Bonneville is very selective on when it wants to work. It NEVER works when I first turn the car on, and rarely works when the car is not moving. When it does work it blows rather weak. It never works for more than 5 minutes.

Any ideas as to what could be wrong?

i would check the compressor see if its coming on in the times that you say it wont work

Is it not blowing, or blowing fine, and just not blowing cold. I suspect it is the former, and is a completely different troubleshooting path.

when it blows, it blows fine and cold, it'* like it'* either completely on or completely off...
