true, but what about stone chips and the little crosshairs that make the Pontiac logo what it is...

what i thought of is an overlay. they are popular amoung the GP croud, and a few of the 00+ owners have done it as well....

IMO this is a much better solution than painting

I painted mine by taking all the paint off the back with a dremel and painting it. It was hard, and time consuming, but worth it in my opinion. I messed up and took the crosshairs off of it, but I'm sure someone with a little more patience could figure out how to keep them on.
