the drum is 4 grand from grainger. maybe i can order it as a insulating tool, lol

I pay $20 with account at Grainger for a can part LPS C01420 is 15 oz and it goes a long ways.
Try using LPS C01420 in your search too and see what u come up with.
I know it is not cheap...but u get what u pay for as long as it is not crazy$ !

I need to get around to this myself eventually, just scared that with my luck some other electric component will get wet, and then I'll have something to diagnose, and fix.

I found that degreaser on amazon and a few people on e-bay are selling cans for like 15-20$

Especially in winter, I am not gentle with the power washer ..My boat needs to be salt free whenever possible.
The 4 areas I really don't blast hard are wiper motor, fuse block, (cover ALT) and careful around fans, not to get water in back of fan motor so cover them too if u are going to blast the blades.
So dont worry..I do this often, start the car up, and go get it dry by a highway boogie!
