Thumbs up LPS Presolve -Under Hood Cleaning!

I use LPS Presolve spray (orange de-greaser) and let it soak in before power washing under the hood. This product is safe both for metals or plastic and smells great too! http://www.lpslabs.com/product-details/594 Works on rims too!

Warm Water not too high pressure washing will blast away the brine & slime!

I like The Park Ave when it look super clean like This!
Notice the Series 2 Plastic Cover is gone! Much Better! Thanks Guys..

I Like to power wash the subframe from above & below, and around rad frame, without spraying the rear of fans though. Looks like the salt /rust areas will require another cleaning this summer and some painting!

Dont ya hate it when.......Birds intentionally aim for your clean car!

So After power washing under hood I wonder if Im good to go. Never so far had a problem...

Not sure how long the Pk Ave will stay clean for after all... it'* still winter.

Ya I have tried simple green, not bad but not even close as LPS is Way better grease remover.
It is more of a professional /commercial product, and should easily be available in USA.
I would assume that the higher end parts stores would have it. Make a few calls and see who does, if not contact the company and request distribution info for your area.
I have used it on a gunked up motor cycle chain, and it literally dissolves it on contact.

Ya and if you have a o-ring chain it is safe on the rubber!
It also leaves behind a pretty shine on plastics etc.....without even rubbing or touching anything! ... Sweet!

Thanks for the recommendation! I pulled the engine cover off of my G5, and there'* a decent amount of dirt and whatnot underneath.

looks nice and clean to me, but i cant find it anywhere near me. looking online, a windex sized bottle is $20.00 USD. a 5 gallon bucket is.... wait for it........ $454.00 USD!!!!!!

aside from that, the flash point is only 104*F..... dont know if i would want any residual fluid in my engine bay.

Citrus Degreaser, Container Type Trigger Spray Bottle, Size 22 oz., Fragrance Orange, VOC Content 100 Percent, Flash Point 104 Degrees F, Dielectric Strength 42,000V.

EDIT: seems according to they're site, they sell it at grainger.
