if they are gonna need refinishing that seems kinda high for used wheels unless they are perfect and dont need any refinishing they are worth the 700 outside of that to much money your better off going with the ones from tirerack cause in the long run they will be cheaper. but if there ruff 4-500 would seem fair. cause then with refinishing you would be about the same price as the Tirerack wheels but with an oem set just my 2 cents

and about the hood yeah you may get a PM or 2 about it like were you got the scoops from etc.
