The center section lighting was originally inspired by Drifter420, however I didn't want to cut the face. Talking to CorvetteCrazy (Rob) he also wanted to do this project. We jumped into it and I cut into the light. Finding that our center tails are all red plastic that is laminated to black behind it was nice. I cut and melted the black off the red.

Lighting...hmmm. I have the lamp monitoring system on my car and more bulbs may cause an issue. Rob suggested LED'*, since he is the of LED'* and he was dropping by for a couple days. Not only did he show me LED'* but also taught me more about voltage regulators.

My center tail will light up the Pontiac with the parking lights and get bright with the brake lights.
