I don't know. Never really heard of them before. If they are like Airtex, then the part is junk from the get go.

I always recommend ponying up for AC Delco pumps. They last longer than the cheaper brands considering the labor involved in replacing one.

I see.

But,the fuel pump was replaced but it still have the failure.

If this keep going I'm going to sell the car to anyone that want it.

If it'* not the fuel pump what could it be, the rpm goes up the the car dies, with the new fuel pump it dosnt drop the rpm to 0 but to 400 or something it cranks start but can't keep the rpms.

:(

Update 2 after the rage quit haha.

Ok so i decided to call another mechanic he came with a scanner and the car had a error code in the maf, low performance, bad connection.

He erased the code and the car started, now we are going to test it further.

He erased it cause we were in the middle of the highway, so the car could run.

A MAF can fail, but not cause the CEL to come on. Sometimes, the PCM has to see the MAF fail a few times BEFORE it illuminates the CEL.

Again, this is why I recommend everyone to at LEAST get one of those $50 pocket scanners to check codes. With today'* cars, this is one tool that needs to be in the glove box. Yes, I said glove box. It isn't going to do you any good if its in your garage and your 10 miles away wondering what that CEL is for.

Don't buy it. I can't stress enough. Stay away from the cheap chinese crap. Many of those have connection issues or don't work period. As the old saying goes, you get what you pay for.

If you want quality Bluetooth OBD2 devices, then check out these sources. I have both.

mike i bought one from the website you posted and scanxl.

but i need to ask, the car still have the problem, it runs fine when you are going downhill but when you get uphill it revs to 2000 rpm then dies.

im going to run a scan with the program tomorrow, but what could it be? the maf had the poor perfomance code.

maf readings should be 5 or 6 gm/sec at idle and be pretty responsive when revving. should go up in the 30'* and 40'* driving
