Default AC Fan Override on 89 S10

I've got a 1989 S10 Baja that came with a 4.3 V6 and a mechanical fan, when it blew (at 312k miles ), I swapped in a 350 and had to wire up some electric fans since there is no longer room for a mechanical one. I've got them wired to turn on and off at the right temperature, but I'm not sure of a good way to make them come on when I turn the AC on. I can work with either a positive 12v on/off or a ground on/off, does anyone have any ideas?

Honestly? I would just run a jumper wire from the A/C clutch power, to the fan relay. The compressor fires, the fan fires. Very simple!
