Cause I cant figure out where the heck the correct relay is to tap into to make the fan come on when I want it too!!!!!......HELP
Tonight I tryed to put a switch between the wires connecting to the AC sensor plug thinking that when my AC was on the fan would automatically come on whether the actuall commpressor was running or not....but it turns out that I was rong...outsmarted by the Bonne once again! So even if you unplug the sensor and have the AC on the fan will still turn off after 1 minute of sitting....and will let the temps soar once again!

I have a 1995 SSEi as well and was thinking about tackeling this same mod in the next few days (I have some time off from work). I also have the factory service manual for my car. When I get a chance I will look up the relay info in my FSM.
I did this a few years ago on my 95 SSei. I'll walk you throught it. Let me look at what relays i used (it was very simple) and i'll tell you what pin there are. I also tricked all 6 lights to be on when your high beams are on. I hated giving up my fogs and low beams when i put on my high beams. Give me a day or so to check the pins

When I do mine I am going to do a full write up on it for this year car (pics and everything).
Yes, you have to ground the relays on the firewall. The low speed relay is the furthest to the right, and the high speed relay is right to the left of it (from the 94 manual, 95 probably the same)
I think the issue is that the wire colors differ. Someone tried a direct copy from when I did it, and had bad luck.
Reminder.....don't do the low-speed. It'll set a QDM A fault. At least on the 92/93. If you want to do it, you want hi-speed anyway. Just go for that one.

SSEi95, I'd like to do this to my 95 also, both the fans and the lights. Is there a possibilty that we could both get together on a Saturday or something and tackle this with your FSM?
