The module grounds the relay when it wants the fan on. What are the requirements for fan operation with AC off?

Anyhow, I have done some Tests on The relay pins and Found that I have no Ground on Fant Cont #1 Relay. There are 3 Fan Relays. Fan #2 Relay is a 5 Pin, #1 & #3 are 4 Pin. On Fan Cont #3, I have Ground on pin 87, I might be wrong, but, shouldn't that ground be on 86 instead..?

But, On Fan Cont #1 Relay, I have no Ground signal at all, Ground signal only comes alive when I cycle ignition on (no Ground) and Off (Ground signal shows up) on Pin 86 and stays on for about 2 minutes.l, Then turns off again.

I believe this is what My problem is. But, I can't interpret it/know what it means. Someone help please... ?

Oh and on Fan cont #2 Relay, I have Ground on Pins 87 & 87a.

And I do have power on all 3 Relays on the right pins. If it'* of any importance.

My correction, curiosity got the best of Me and I went out to My Bonneville with the Same engine and presumably same setup to see what I'll get. After I didn't get Ground on 86 either, It hit Me, I Shouldn't have Ground all the time at 86. 86 is the pin that Receives Ground from the PCM To Complete the Circuit and Activate the Fan when it reaches the Set Temp.
Although the way it presented itself in the Bonneville was rather weird, which I can't explain because I don't understand it, Yet. But that'* By the Way.

I have spent the better part of today thinking about this and educating Myself as much as I could.
After Testing the relay and found that the PCM Or something else is sending Ground to Pin 86 when its shouldn't be.. I'm stuck trying to figure out why that is and what'* causing this.. I know that can't be normal..

Sorry, Need to make another correction, I know I'm looking like a fool at this point. I meant to say that I do have ground on Pin 87. I don't know why there is no provision to edit Posts on this site... ???
But, I also have ground that'* been supplied to pin 86 on cold engine and ignition off (after being cycled on) and again when the engine is running, this shouldn't be happening I believe... ??
This is the problem I believe.

Is this the A/C High Pressure Switch?
I did unplug this one,

2005 Chevrolet Impala 3.8 A/C High Pressure Switch Location?

It didn't change anything.
But, just wanted to make sure that what I unplugged was what I intended to.
I looked online but couldn't find Picture of it anywhere.

I think I meant Pin 85 Not 86, I mistakenly flipped the Relay upside down. But the Pin Socket is the bottom right socket.
I made a short video.
The ground (or power stays on for about 2.5mins.
