Well I haven't ran the car since last week. I cleared the code and its not back Yet, probably because the engine haven't ran it'* cycle to find the code and spit it out again. Only code showing now is P0036. O2 sensor related code, Also, because the engine never reaches Operating Temp because the Fan Keep running and keeping everything cool.
But, I'm sure as soon as I run the engine and computer see/reads the fans keep running at cold engine temp, Its gonna throw all those codes back out again.

Plus It'll take a Long drive out on the road or somewhere requiring heavy engine load demands to get to Op Temp with Fans Running continuously. Which I really dont do, because I'm not drive the car, Its parked in the garage.
Then, it would take abnormally long time to do so, longer than the computer is programmed to wait for, It'll still throw the code showing something is not right, something in the lines of unable to reach op temp..

I just need help figuring out this Cooing fans continuous running situation.. 🤨
I Replaced the Some Lifters and the engine runs alot better than it did, It doesn't misfire anymore, which was the main problem it had. I wish I was good with electrical/electronic stuff... I know this current issue is something electrical I just dont know what it is or how to find it.
If the relay is being grounded without conditions being met the transistor that grounds the relay is shorted.
