That'* related!

Time to see if the coolant temp sensor is the issue, or if it is wiring.

Turn power off. Disconnect connector from temp sensor, insert paper clip into both pins, turn power back on, what does your scanner say now?

Default This Sounds just like My issue.

It'* gotta be a wiring issue. There is no way 3 different Coolant Temp Sensors that I've used can be lying and all Bad at the same time. The last one is Brand New.
Based on that Vid, I believe My signal wire is being grounded somewhere that'* why Its registering Max Temp and Running the cooling fans From ECT feeding the Computer an Overheating engine information.. It'* gotta be a wiring issue, Now I need to know where to start looking...?

I honestly dont understand what You're saying Mike, Insert paper clip into the Coolant Temp Sensor Pin? Or the wire harness pins coming from the Computer? And do You mean Inserting paper clips to "Jump" the 2 Pins? Or inserting 2 separate Clips?
But, If You mean inserting Paper clips on the Coolant Temp Sensor, that is Physically impossible because there is NO room at all to even unclip the Temp Sensor harness let alone reaching further down to insert paper clips on the Temp sensor.
I could however, do it from the top where they thankfully provided a connector that I can disconnect... But, I'm still trying to understand what Disconnecting the Sensor and Adding Paper clips (depending on where) is going to achieve/supposed to reveal...??

Because as soon as I disconnect the Coolant temp Sensor, The scanner Immediately read -39*C (Or -38*F).

There is No room to reach the Coolant Temp Sensor. I have to Remove the Exhaust Crossover Pipe each time I remove the Temp Sensor to give Me a little bit of Wiggle room to use a Flex head wrench because Regular wrenches won't fit. Let alone getting a hand down there..

This is right on top of the engine, it connects to the ECT, that'* where I do My tests, Since I can't easily reach the Temp Sensor.. But, I'm having a feeling that harness connector might be bad and causing this problem. I'm going to get another harness and see if it changes anything. Because I have seen someone that had the same harness connected problem.

The funny thing is Some Really weird things have been happening, I just dont how to interpret what they all Mean.
The readings changes at certain conditions. When I first went out there this Morning it read 57.2*F pretty close to the Intake Air Temp, this is before I started the Engine, it looked like everything was fine.. Even after I started the engine, the Temp on the Scanner continued reading like normal, rising gradually as the engine warmed up.
But, I had the cooling fans #1 Relay unplugged during all these times. So as the engine was warming up, the Cooling Fans still didn't come, which was uncharacteristic, and the Temp Gauge still not working. The reading on the Coolant Temp got up to about 104 & climbing, I figured I'd plug in the Relay and see what happens, As soon as I plugged it in, the Coolant Temp reading on the Scanner Jumped to 284*F and the fans came on, and stay on, even after I unplugged the relay.. And so did the 284*F temp.... This is so random, Makes Me wonder....
I feel the reason the Temp on Scanner went from reading the Normal Temp and Jumped to 284*F after Plugging in the Relay is because it Probably completed some Circuit that the Short was on..???
But, I'll see if the Temp will go back to 57.2*F after engine cools down or will it remain at 284*F.

Temp before Engine start And plugging in Relay.

Temp After Engine Warmed Up and plugging in Relay.
